What So Not is undeniably one of the most innovative
music producers to emerge from the Australian music
scene, performing sold out shows across the USA,
Europe and the UK. The artist behind What So Not, Emoh
Instead released his long awaited debut LP, ‘Not All The
Beautiful Things,’ in March, a body of work he cultivated over three years.

The LP received the coveted Feature Album from Triple
J and has since accumulated over 469 million combined
streams. Featuring long-time collaborator Skrillex, as
well as SLUMBERJACK, Daniel Johns, San Holo and rock icon Toto among others, the album
captures Emoh’s transformation and metamorphosis as an artist.

What So Not’s world tour, ‘Beautiful Things’ comes off
the back of the successful album, kicking off with a sold
out show in Perth. The Australian leg includes some of
the biggest music venues in the country, met with killer
support acts Chrome Sparks and Kota Banks.

Partnering with Triple J Unearthed, What So Not has
given emerging local talent the opportunity to open for
him on his Australian tour. Emoh pays further homage
to his Australian roots as a former student of
Liveschool, his body of work is a staple influence on
Liveschool students. Those studying the Produce Music course learn from Emoh’s What So

Since taking over What So Not as a solo project, Emoh has taken full creative control of his
artistic output, owning all aspects of his world tour from stage design and visuals to music
videos and merchandising. Emoh said of the tour, “I didn’t want to put anything out that
doesn’t cohesively match the essence of the songs.”
