AbletonĀ have just launched a brand new LiveĀ 12.1 update into the Beta environment and included are a range of device updates as well as new devicesĀ Auto ShiftĀ andĀ Drum Sampler – when we say these two are game changing, we don’t mean this lightly.

Auto Shift
The pitch correction (auto-tune) tool designed for real-time pitch adjustment. This includes theĀ scale awarenessĀ button from Live 12, making it the first scale aware audio-effect.
Drum Sampler
This device offers advanced features for creating and manipulating drum sounds within a single instrument – even featuring inbuilt effects like FM, ring mod and 8-bit (?!).
