Gold Coast-based label Nerang Recordings has just put out a compilation of overdriven dancefloor belters, featuring a spicy new cut from Liveschool trainer Brendan Zacharias.
The track ‘5 miles’ comes out under his Anthony Fade moniker, a dancefloor-focussed collaboration with fellow Sydney producer Jensen Interceptor.
It’s all light and shade on this one, the duo finding a satisfying balance between warm pads and some seriously thumping drums.
Brendan said they had been sitting on the track for a while, waiting for the right way to put it out:
“Chris from Nerang hit us up over Soundcloud messenger and asked for something that had minimal vocals and was all business; we thought this one would be perfect. We sent it off and the guys loved it and the rest is history. “
